- Art. 243 creditors' right to object to the merger
- Law no. 265/2022 on the Trade Register: registration of the operation

What does this merger mean?
The participating companies combine their activities under the terms set out in the merger plan. The plan specifies how the operation is carried out and the date from which it takes effect.
Where can I read the merger plan?
Each company's plan is published on its dedicated page, in the “Notices and documents” section, where it can be downloaded as a PDF.
What rights do the companies' creditors have?
Creditors may object to the merger under the conditions and within the period set by art. 243 of Law no. 31/1990, counted from the date the plan is published.
What happens to contracts and business relationships?
Under the law, the rights and obligations of the companies that cease to exist pass to the company that continues the activity, under the terms of the merger plan.
